Going From 2G to 0G question

Ok i have been at a 2 g for a few month and was going to go to a 0G so i ordered some

neat stainless steal eyelets of ebay.com and i was trying to streatch tonight and they

would not go through at all, thn i noticed how big the 0G was compared to the 2G so i was

wondering if i maybe got a 00G by mistake from the seller, but anyhow my question is

since i don't have a tapper and i am short on money, can i just put a bunch of toothpick

in my ear leave them in for a few hours then see if the plug fits? *and also give me your

own wisdom if you can, thanks for the help all :P

don't do it... stick to your 2g ones till you can afford a taper... or maybe you can borrow one from your piercing studio...

IDEA!!! If you're bucks down. (aka broke or cheap)
Do you have a "GOOD" pair of hemostats??? *They're Surgical Stainless and tapered. A *large pair, cleaned and oiled with Vitamin E oil may work for stretching small amounts. Be easy on yourself. Only try this in an emergency. However, a quality pair of curved stats are all I ever used to stretch my PA *to 00, so it will work. Just make sure the edge of the jaws are burr free and closed tightly and WELL OILED (Vit-E)!

Well mine are smooth and highy ploished. Just try not to go as far as the joint where the seams may cause trouble. Just use the nose of them. Never had any trouble or *scratching of the tissue. Just BE CAREFUL. As I said this is only an EMERGENCY fix.

You could also try taping your exsisting jewelry to get to that size. Just make sure you use telflon tape, anything else has glue and it's ticky and gross and well just YUCK!
