Vitamin E rub question

I did several searches but didn't find an answer to my question so please excuse me if it's already been answered :)

When you do a vitamin E rub, do you remove the jewelry and work the oil into the hole? or do you leave the jewelry in and move it around to work the oil into the piercing?

ummm depends. with my lobes i'd take out the jewelry but other piercings i'd use a q-tip to apply it.

I usually remove my piercings to do it.
Make sure the piercing is FULLY HEALED before you use Vit. E oil, though.
