So I am a newb here, I've been a body piercer for about 2 years now, I have 10, I love the sensation. The only problem is that the sensation doesn't last long if you know what I mean.
Could someone please enlighten me on what suspension really feels like.
I think it's something I would seriously want to do, but I want the appropriate information.
I am really into the thought of reaching a state of meditation through extreme measures and letting my mind be released. I've tried doing the whole Zen thing and what not, it just annoys me. Thanks for any info. you can give

It's better than any artificial high.

That is all I really needed to know actually, I just wanted to hear (or read) someone say it with the assumption that you've been through it...
Thanks for replying, I'll definitely look up more information on suspension and see where it could be possible for around where I am...which is a little hick down in the U.P.

I never had any trance or spiritual feeling while suspending, but I was never looking for it either.
It... well, it hurt. lol My first time I didn't last too long, but all I could focus on was the two outer holes feeling like they were stretching and wanting to tear. I knew they wouldn't so I managed to get off the ground (4pt suicide). The 6 pt knee one I did was very different and I was ready for it. It was a bit painful getting up but once I was my knees sorta just went numb and tingly. And THEN all I could think about was the blood rushing to my face.
