Ok I have my ears stretched to 7/16 and they r uneven. My left ear has more skin under it than my right ear, and to me it makes them look aweful. Any suggestions would be greatful...
You'll need to get it cut with a scalpel. *Just go to an artist and tell him you want them even and he/she should know what to do.

Um, DKH, that's a last resort.
There are a few different ways to fix the problem. You could try downsizing, then restretching that one side to help build up tissue. Also, if you wear heavy jewelry in that side, don't. Is it unevenly stretched in a BAD way? Like, TOO thin?

Well neither side is really too thin... but I cant really explain how much skin is left on either side. Its not even that bad, (so my wife tells me) but I notice it and it bothers the EDIT. WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE. READ THE FORUM RULES BEFORE POSTING AGAIN. THIS IS YOUR ONLY WARNING. out of me.
