Scared of a few things, please HELP!!

Okay well I have had my belly button pierced for two months now (got it pierced november 11 2006) and i'm kinda worried about rejection/migration. I can't see a scar or anything but the middle seems to be getting smaller. Could someone please give me some information on rejection/migration?? Also I have been reading stuff about when you are able to change the jewelry, and I read different things everywhere. My piercer said I can change it after about 3-4 months and some websites said that also, but then others say 6-12 months. My piercer said that my piercing looked like it was 3 months old (this was last month that he said this) but I would like to know when I can start changing it. Is it normal for the middle to get smaller? The jewelry is starting to look huge (as in long) and i'm getting pretty worried. I will be able to post a pic when I figure out how to work that camera lol. Please help.

It sounds a little like migration, you should take it to the person who pierced it, and ask him (Since we don't know what it looks like until you get your camera working =D) Then, while you're there, you can also ask him if he thinks it's ok for you to change the jewelry.

hey so I think that the swelling just went down! If the swelling goes down you'll be able to feel the bar and of course that means more room! Hope i helped-leah
