Hooks on a Tattoo

So I'm interested in suspension, and I've read a lot up on it, but I still have one question. If you put suspension hooks through a tattoo, won't it leave scars over the tattoo afterwards?

Yep, there are ways to lesson the effects of the scar but a puncture will scar.

Yes, it will. You can minimize the scars by massaging the healed scars with vit. e oil, and by having a trained person throw the hooks in the first place. But a few years after mine, I still have visible scars.
