It was one year ago today that I quit smoking.

I will refrain from being a cigg-a-butt nazi.

Although, as you will see over the next 13 days.
IF you can quit, PLEASE do it.

That's great! If you can last a year, then you can go forever.
Almost all my friends who are under 18 smoke and most of them are trying to quit already. I'm so glad I never started smoking, well, cigs anyway hehe
