are micro dermal implants considered a piercing because my code of conduct mentions piercings and tattoos but nothing of implants i was figuring that i should get some cause pps got some new bat ones that are bad *** so i figured id exploited the loop hole to **** them off for making them take out my piercings.
u think i could get away with my loop hole cause the the code of conduct dosent mention them so i think i could get away with it
Jewelry/Piercings/Tattoos – Noisy, distracting and excessive jewelry or accessories are prohibited (including wallet chains). Pierced ears are allowed. All other body piercing jewelry is prohibited. Tattoos, permanent or temporary, must be covered at all times.

Yeah, I'd say that it would count. Sorry. If I were your boss, I'd make you get it removed, or in a place where I couldn't see it.

That very well may be so, my dear Mouse, but in order to function in this world, you sometimes have to follow a social norm, regardless of whether or not you really want to. I know that's not the response you hope to hear, but it's a sad fact of life pretty much anywhere you go. There is freedom of expression, but businesses and other places reserve the right to dictate how they wish their employees to present themselves, and it's up to the employee to comply, or find another place to go. If you're so against your school, why not get your GED?
Keep in mind also that some things, even regarding piercings, are done for health, safety, and other similar reasons. For example, if you have a PE class, getting your eyebrow or lip ring caught and ripped out could pose a health hazard to the people that are there. Messing around in the hallways? Same thing. It's a health risk that many places don't want to take.
According to the code of conduct, your jewelry may be labelled a distraction, in which case they have their own butts covered by the code of conduct. This is one of those situations where you'll just have to play along.
Remember, Mouse-- you've got to pick and choose your battles. Lay low on the smaller ones that are a mere annoyance, and speak up on the issues that really, really matter. In a few years, you'll be done with high school, and able to pursue your modifications as much as you want, given your employment choices.
I know it sucks-- I went to a Catholic high school, trust me, I understand. But you've got YEARS ahead of you to show off your mods.
And don't say you hate America, unless you want my rant on that. ;-)

Sometimes high school can be good for other things-- like learning to deal with things that you don't want to deal with, and learning to ignore people who annoy you.
High school classes may be easy, but look at high school as a social experiment-- write about it, learn from it, and take what you learn to college. Some things that I learned in HS (like how to study, cram, stay up late and make use of the time, write a paper, etc) were necessary in college, and high school taught me those things.

Mouse666, listen to Her Birdyness, she is wise beyond her years. Her maturity and wisdom is what you should fight for and the body mods will take care of themselve. Yes our fathers fought , some because they were drafted, some because they really loved their country and some because it was just the thing to do. What you have to remember is that those fathers were and are generally much more conservative that body modders are. They are the ones that set and live the social norms for their times and expect it to be followed by following generations. Take small steps to change, body modders are leaps ahead of where they were 20, 30-40 years ago. I graduated from high school over 40 years ago, and the fight then was for long hair to be excepted. The only piercings were girls earlobes. That was with a sewing needle at home, maybe if you were in a big city it was done with a gun. So we've Come a Long way Baby! Hang in there, make your choices and accept the consequences. Hang in there little brother, represent us well, you will be part of the change.

Ahh, mouse my little sweetie.
I too, do not like the way this Country is being run. That's why I joined the Libertarian Party and sat as the County Chair here. We footed candidates and ran for several offices. Sure, I live in a Republican Stronghold and we were defeated by overwhelming $$$$$. But we got our message out and are still working for change both locally and statewide. More and more we are being listened to because of the doublespeak that the other Orwellian party Babbles. (my view is that there is only one major political party The Republicrats. With two wings. A Right and Left. Both of which are so far out that they have come back full circle and are the same. Extremists.)
I'll also agree that many rules are dumb. But in order to put an end to them you must present a valid reason why they should be repealed. You have to think about every aspect of things, not just how you "feel" at the moment. Remember that everyone in the country is free to swing their arms. They also must realize that that freedom to swing stops where your nose begins and that there may be serious repercussions for violating the rules.
Before you think about College young man, you better start by correcting your grammar and spelling. Although you have improved since you have been here (you now use some punctuation), you still have much to learn. No one is going to take you seriously unless you can write and speak a legible, coherent proposal, stating your grievances and/or desires.

Almost all schools have a dress code. Most companies have one also. I worked for a major beverage company and we could not have earrings or beards. We had a work uniform that we wore every day. I hate uniforms. I wear blue jeans and t-shirts. But, I complied for 6 years until I found a better job.
Now, I can wear jeans and a T-shirt everyday and, even though earrings aren't really allowed, I can wear mine if I keep them "professional" in appearance. I am currently wearing a pair of silicone hiders. I am planning on getting some stainless earlets in 0g and putting my 2g hiders inside. That way I can stretch the last time and keep them hidden.:)
So, you will learn when to bend to the will of your employer/school and when to politely discuss your desire to have the rules bent for you. You will never get them bent with your attitude. And, I wish I had the time to go back to school. I enjoy the environment. I graduated high school and college. I am glad I waited and graduated. I could have gotten my GED when I was 15 if I had wanted to. I took several college classes in high school just to give me a challenge. You learn so much about people and life just by attending high school. You never realize how much you have learned until you get out.

I went to a group job interview and one other girl had microdermals in her wrist. They said if she got the job she would just have to cover them up with a shirt sleeve or bracelet, which could be an option for you.

my goal isnt to have something so i can hide it i wanna be able to show off my stuff in a public school. i wouldn't be so competely upset about the jewelry thing if the upheld every thing in the dress code. they let some stuff go and not. none of my teachers minded that i had my jewery in last year but in the halls the ap basicaly stalked me to make sure i didn't have it in. and omg i got sojme stuff on my face yet the girl standing right next to me can be wearing a skirt that covers half her butt and her boobs almost about to fall out of her shirt. (not that i mind) witch is aganst the dress code but noooo i get in trouble and almost suspended for not wanting to take out my jewelry its just stupid i dont think its fair witch is why i be defiant as i can
