Hello, I got new horseshoe shaped barbells for my ears.
I got 2 pairs if 14g 5/16 and 1 pair of 16g 5/16.
I got them all in my ears, now how the heck to I get the balls screwed on!
I am disabled so I can't do it myself, and My Mom and Dad have tried and tried but thier fingers are too big. *Is there a trick to doing this?!

Don't feel bad...we've all been there! *They make them difficult just so that you'll drop them, lose them forever and have to buy replacements! *I swear! *It's a conspiracy or something!!! *
Honestly, we all have had problems with barbells at one point or another. *I remember one time that I changed my barbell right before a big family thing...and I couldn't get the ball on, and neither could my mom. *I just took it with me and went through like all the girls in my family who finally gave up, until one managed to get it!!! *And the smaller the ball, the harder it is. *You should see me trying to get the like 2mm balls on Bird's tiny little curved barbells...it's nearly impossible!

Rubber gloves help sometimes... and putting a paper towel over the sink to catch the ball you're going to drop without losing it down the drain. *Arrgh.

I've actually had a friend of mine use electrical tape and needle-nose pliers.
She just wraps the tape around the tips, then grips the ball, and turns it on.

Heh.
When in doubt...pliars are a best ally.
Wrapped in tape or something, of course.

Ok, I know it's kinda late responding, but this brings to mind when my friend's tongue ring got stuck. She couldn't screw the ball off, and she desperately wanted to change it out. I give her instructions of how to get it off, but nothing works. So I go to her house, got two sets of pliers, and got that sucker off!!
Make sure if you use pliers, CLEAN THEM THOROUGHLY, the entire thing (just in case the handle bumps against your skin), and wrap them in paper towels. Toilet paper is too thin.
