nose screws

So I'm sitting here with my new nose screw and I'm wondering to myself - what is the best way to go about taking the old one and putting the new one in?

Do what you did to get it in, only in reverse. *smiles*

Ok, sorry, had to say it.

Actually, if you can, feel the inside of your nose, and find where the bend is. Pull up GENTLY, and then let the screw twist out slowly. Keep the screw from pulling at the piercing.

If you have problems, try doing a soak first, and maybe a bit of lubricant.
