and it hurt MUCH more than it looks like. *the bent needle was HELL. *He was trying to pull my ear off getting that needle through, I swear. *Brib said that all of my ear was BRIGHT freaking red, but where the needle was was pure white. *the left was much worse than the right, dunno why. but honestly, they were MUCH worse than my nipples...because of the way they were done. *Brib agrees that the method of piercing was different than either of us have ever seen before, and was a piercee's worst nightmare. *

he was talking about bending the needle...I thought he meant a little curve, or a C curve...I didn't know he was going to twist them into unrecognizable mangled bits of torture-metal!!!

(shock, i took a million pics of her ear, so I can print them and take them in to stray cat and go "DO THIS!")

hers was horrible too, it took several seconds to get the needle through the cartilage, from start to poked through...but that's not the worst part, the worst part is getting the curve through the cartilage. *it was a total nightmare for both of us. *We both love her piercer, and she says he hasn't always pierced like that, he didn't do her rook like that, and she's seen him do others and they didn't used to do it that way. *soooo, we got sooo *lucky* with this new little experience. *

(copy/paste) My next project will be a snug on each side, Brib's is the absolute cutest little thing!!! *I completely adore it, even though it looked really painful. *So my next project is one on each side (one at a time, so I can actually SLEEP). *Brib's is just the most adorable piercing, I'm completely in love with it. *I love my rooks too, they're so tucked away in my ear I can't see them in the mirror, which is exactly what i wanted, I'm so happy!!! *and it rocks, because they are so small (18g, tiny curved bb) and they're hidden in my ear, I don't even actually lay on them, so I have no problem sleeping (YAY!!!)

Don't worry Kelt. The reason it hurt so bad was because he's got this freaking weird new technique for some of his piercings, and I have NO idea why, and I cannot figure out why. As long as your piercer doesn't HOOK you and freaking try and rip your ear off, you'll be good. :lol:

I'll agree to that, the needle going through my ear was actually quite painless. *It was him trying to get the bent part of the needle through that was so EDIT excruciating!

Love the new piercings they are so darn cute!! *Personally I would have went running if I saw my piercer doing that to my needle, I hate needles anyway but THOSE look scary as *youknow* *You two are way braver than me. Congrats to you both on your new holes!
