Ive heard stories about the jacobs latter piercing I was just wondering if any one wanted to make any suggestions * or comments about this.

my best suggestion would be to fins a piercer who has plenty of experience with genital piercing. And don't try to get to many "rungs" of the ladder done at once. Your body neds time to heal between piercings. you shouldn't get more that 2 done at once, maybe 3 if you have a good strong immune system.
