I'm Lisa from Wales in the UK. I love this site & found it thru Jeeves. I'm a newbie.
Just wanted to tell you that I'm off to get my tongue pierced in a minute....LOL & I'm SOOOOOOOOOO scared....LOL

My hubby is coming with me, coz he wants to get a PA...LOL....OUCH :shock:

Sore, Sore, Sore.
Tongue soooooooo sore...LOL
Been sucking on ice-pops all evening. It has swelled up now, & hurts to talk.
Hubby says his is sore also, & too scared to pee....LOL

tell your hubby not to be scared, your urine is sterile to your own body, so it will actually help keep his piercing clean.

Okay, my tongue has gotten a little better now. Swelling hs gone down alot, but still very sore arond the site area.
As for hubby, I think he has a fever. He's been waking up in the mornings drenched in sweat.Has anyone who has a P.A. experienced this?
I think I may have to take him to see Ole Doc in the morning.
He says the piercing doesn't hurt, or it hasn't gotten nasty. The fever is concerning him tho.

I didnt have anyything like that happen with my PA. *But it could be that dealing with a healing piercing lowered his tolerance to colds and whatnot enough to get one. *Hope he feels better soon.
