So, um. *Yes. *You'll notice straight-off that I got talked into the upping both the ring count and the gauge (14 and 14g). *I agree, though: it does look a lot better with more rings and at a slightly gauge, and while the pain was, well, ouch, luckily *I had no problems handling more piercings.

Haven't slept yet more than the two and a half hours on the drive back home. *Too excited.

On the "left side" and "right side" pics, what kinds of needles were those? It looks like he was piercing you with something giant and then putting plastic medical needles in? *Why not use piercing needles and then just put the jewelry straight through? I'm a bit confused by this proceedure... *How did they put the second plastic needle thing through after that GIANT needle? and how did they put the rings through after the plastic needle thing??? *I'm sooo confused, this totally isn't what I expected...

darkmooncat32 - No, she won't be able to keep them as permanent piercings. *This was "play piercing" which means it's just temporary, for fun. *Those piercings would NEVER heal if she tried to keep them, they would migrate out, because they are surface piercings (piercings on the surface of your body, with no real skin to go through and grab on to) and a CBR is not appropriate jewelry for a surface piercing. *She would have to have a surface barbell to try to heal the piercings, and even then many times surface piercings are highly problematic anyway, even if you have the proper jewelry.

How long did the whole procedure take, and how long did you leave it all in?

The whole thing... *hmm. *I wasn't looking at a clock, but from first piercing to taking out the jewelry was probably an hour. *I wish I could give more details than that, but I have got a reeeeeally wonky timesense. *I'd probably tell you four and it was really two, or maybe three and it was really eight.

I didn't get to keep them in that long because we didn't start piercing until around 2am, and my ride back wanted to leave a little past 3am. *Frankly, I'm not that disappointed about taking them out so quickly; no, I didn't reach my pain threshold from just that experience, but I definitely would have reached my constitution limit if I'd tried to ride home the three and a half hours with the jewelry still in!

Ohhhh baby, did I bruise. *Especially this gorgeous whopper on the third ring down on the right side. *The skin slipped as he was trying to get the ring in and he had to repierce it.

I do, on the other hand, looooooove the marks and the bruises! *Little pain = good. *Especially if the pain is from something that I can be proud of, and yes, I'm really proud that I did this.

I haven't the foggiest idea what Thorsten did with the plastic (Teflon?) and needles. *But there were piercers there who would only let him pierce them, so I'm really confident of his ability. *It looks like hollow needles and Teflon to hold the holes in place before he went around again with the rings. *Maybe if one goes through with needles first and then on the next trip with jewelry, one doesn't want to risk stabbing oneself with a needle?

Ohhhh, good lordy, no, these are about as temporary as they get. *Pierce, jewelify, lace, photo, walk around a bit, unlace, de-jewelify.

As for the stronger sex thing... *I dunno. *After all the suspension that was going on, including one guy who suspended once, had the hooks taken out and then wanted to get pierced again to do an energy pulling... *Major kudos to some of those guys, there!!

Wow...very intense. I congratulate you on getting through that. Your first, too?? Goodness, I could never do that on a first try. I agree with Ria in that piercing the outside of the breasts is very interesting, and creating cleavage as the original idea is awesome! You definitely have given me ideas. Congrats again.
