Hello, and welcome to Painful Pleasures! We are glad that you have decided to join our community, and we hope that you enjoy your time here!

We have ten rules that must be followed by all members. If you see a violation of one of these rules, please report it to a moderator (Jameson13 and Scooter) or the administrator (iamblackbird) so that we may resolve the problem.

These rules are in place to protect us, legally, and to keep these boards running smoothly.
Should a user violate a rule, the user may incur a warning. After a user incurs 5 warnings, he or she may be banned from the site. Warnings are cleared from the user’s record after a few months, if he or she has chosen to follow these rules:

1. No profanity. Use of symbols (such as #, $, @, or !) to replace letters is also not allowed. We are an all-ages forum.

2. No linking to outside body jewelry sites that sell or manufacture body jewelry. You may send these links to another user via private message.

3. No posting to threads that have been inactive for a month or longer. Please start a new thread. We have users coming and going often, and the user who began a thread may not be around anymore! Plus, a new thread gets more attention, which means that more people will see your post.

4. Try to refrain from the use of slang terms when describing the genital region. We strive to be respectful and professional here, and in order to ensure everyone’s health, we prefer to be as accurate as possible when discussing body parts.

5. No posting information that is wrong or of questionable nature. If you are concerned that your information may be incorrect, please visit The Association of Professional Piercers to check.

6. No posting pictures containing nudity. We have a gallery section for that purpose, and you may refer other users to it.

7. No flaming of any user at any time. Period.

8. No cross-posting, ‘spam’, or anything related to those two things.

9. If you have a problem with a user, please take care of it via private message between the two of you. If you need help, please ask a moderator or administrator. If your problem is with a moderator or the administrator, you may ask another moderator to help.

10. If you have a problem with your order, please contact support@painfulpleasures.com. Those of us who run the forums do not work for the company, so we can’t be of much help on the ordering and money side.
