my idea is a clear acrylic ball that is internally threaded! External ones exist, but no internal ones.

I say this because my work recently started enforcing the no piercings rule again. would be perfect for my nose (which i use an internally threaded labret in)

I assume you are referring to a nostril piercing since you are using a labret stud for it. Laura is the Painful Pleasures liaison, and is very knowledgeable about what they have in stock. Hopefully she will around shortly to tell you if they can get you anything that you might like for your nose.

What gauge are you wearing now?

This would probably be even better than a clear acrylic ball; they're flesh-colored flat discs available in several skin tones and sizes (this link is for tops that go with 16g posts, I think): http://www.painfulpleasures.com/xcart/customer/product.php?productid=7687 . They're internally threaded. This one will work with 14g labret posts: http://www.painfulpleasures.com/xcart/customer/product.php?productid=6953

Here's an internally-threaded clear acrylic gem available in 16g-18g: http://www.painfulpleasures.com/xcart/customer/product.php?productid=7607

We have a couple adapters that allow you to convert certain 14g jewelry from externally-threaded to internally-threaded: http://www.painfulpleasures.com/xcart/customer/product.php?productid=5411
    http://www.painfulpleasures.com/xcart/customer/product.php?productid=5341
(Note that those work with our 1.2mm and 2mm internal line.)

We also have Bioplast labrets with clear tops:

Here's a 14g flexible acrylic labret (post and ball are acrylic) that's clear:
    http://www.painfulpleasures.com/xcart/customer/product.php?productid=1405&cat=42&page=3
(It's externally threaded, but in this case you wouldn't see the post inside the ball since the whole thing's clear.)

    Here's a clear crystal glass labret: http://www.painfulpleasures.com/xcart/customer/product.php?productid=6752&cat=45&page=1

We also have a couple clear crystal glass retainers:
    http://www.painfulpleasures.com/xcart/customer/product.php?productid=6322&cat=45&page=1
    http://www.painfulpleasures.com/xcart/customer/product.php?productid=5947&cat=45&page=1

Hopefully one of those options will work for you! If you place an order, you can use the coupon code EASTER to save 15% if you order by 6/30/13.

Please let me know if you need help finding any other products.

    All the Best,
    Laura

Why thank you, Jarred! I try! ;-)

I know our current site is hard to shop; the search tool doesn't work well, and some of the category pages go on forever. For those who don't know, we're in the process of building a new e-commerce site that will blow what we have out of the water! The new search tool in particular is totally awesome. I actually have used it to find products when I can't locate them on the current site. So hang in there, guys! There's a better Painful Pleasures website just around the corner...

    Laura
