    If you feel a post deserves it, click on the scales in the top right hand corner of the post, and choose to approve of the post. This adds 10 to the persons rep. If you feel strongly that there are serious issues with the post, you can disapprove of the post in the same way. In either case, write a comment in the box so the person knows why you have done it. Hope this helps.

    Do you know how many rep points you need to get up in the gauges?

    I have always associated the green bar as number of posts
