arm anchors.jpg Hi All out there.
One of my arm dermal anchors just had to be removed as it had sunk too deep!
I was just wondering if anybody knew if it was possible to buy heads with a little bit longer thread?
I really don't want to lose any more.

Welcome to the Painful Pleasures community! I moved your first thread since it was asking questions about your piercing and not actually introducing yourself (no biggie). Please take a moment to tell us a bit more about yourself in the Introduce Yourself area. Also, please read the Rules of the Forum at your convenience.

I think what you are looking for is a kind of shoulder screw. Typically the top screws down tight to the the threaded shaft of the anchor. The anchor shaft needs to be set at the surface or slightly above. If it isn't, you would need to change the anchor. With a shoulder screw an unthreaded section the same diameter as the shaft of the anchor would bottom out against the shaft. this would allow the jewelry to sit higher. I don't know if there are tops like that, but it would certainly be a useful item for some.

They may be able to custom make something like that for you. Please contact PP customer service.
